fuel cap breather hole ? try without cap on (not with a full tank!!)

check pilot jet hasn't come lose ,had the same problem done everything but check carb

Same thing happened to mine.
Started 1st kick but wouldn't run or rev more than 2 seconds. Changed plug same again, changed plug same again etc.........
Changed CDI unit everything worked fine.
I get my kicks out on the floor.

Flywheel hasn't moved from the woodruff key.

Ignition is ok (took green from loom out of the CDI).
I'm hoping it's carb related. Just stripping it now to clean. Hasn't been cleaned in a long long time. So here's hoping. :/

Changed everythng. Carb, CDI, plugs etc. Wants to start but if it does it's only for a couple of seconds.

Air
Fuel
Electrical

Stator readings from multimeter are within the range according to Sticky's manual.
