When I built mine 10 years ago there was a few reasons...
The best Vespas around were low 20hp.
I had the equipment to do it.
Was told whatever I do to a P Range, it'll never beat a TS1.
Nowdays it seams that theres 30hp Malossis on every street corner and nothing will beat a long stroke T5.
