Using a PX/T5 7 spring clutch ,which clutch plates and springs would be a good choice for a Pinasco 225?

Not keen on Malossi springs myself, or at least not the whole lot. I'd use 4 Malossi and 3 standards if you can't get the DR ones. Not tried the Pinasco ones but they could be worth a try. Standard 3 plate is fine.

3 plate , DR springs and a SIP spacer washer underneath the clutch is what I run ,no problems.

I've not used them but DRT and BGM are making clutches for the Vespa, but they are expensive.
