Thermo coupling should be between 4 / 5 inches from piston

Hi Nic i use the KOSO one from cam lam and done thousands of miles with it and have absolutely no probs with it its blue backlit and goes red if over temp is activated easily readable great bit of kit.

Used a jig saw myself and kept the piece i cut out to weld back in, If it ever goes back to standard also used truck seem trimming to hide the edges works very well and trim has never moved :baddevil:

Mickey try Allstyles they do it by the pack whilst your at it re-rivet the end can with stainless rivets they last longer up the Banshees mate :baddevil:

I have powertrack on the rear and Raceman on the front for 18 months now did Sweden Towing a trailer with a powertrack on it about 3000 miles. IMO this gives fantastic grip in the wet and dry came down woodhead after Lincoln with the roads flooded and still not one bit of oversteer the confidence th...

Hi Oakerz i run a 240 ts on a similar set up however i have 340 main 56 needle 2nd clip down from top 22.5 pilot i also use an EGT and this will show a a heat spike around the 3/4 throttle all 2 strokes do this naturally no doubt you`ve read this on this forum.
