Hi Jason,
I would say ditch the 150 head or get it machined to suit the 175 barrel.
all the best

Re: mikuni carbs- which one ?
I've put a tmx 35 on ts1 225 and it works great, and it pulls like a train, what suprised me was how good it was on fuel when compared to my 30 mil delorto on a stage 4 225, only had one problem with it and that was the hose split, so I carry a spare one in my toolbox now.

Re: Check your TS kits!
I got my ts1 kit as soon as they became available again and I've done about 1200 miles now so mine seems ok, but my mate bought 3 kits a few weeks back, 2 of which he sold straight on to his customers and one he fitted on a scoot he was restoring and that went belly up on the way to Weston, on check...

Re: stage 4 cast barrel kit
Thanks for the info folks, I have a new stainless tank on the scoot and it has been running with an air filter too, it must just be a mismatched kit I think? It's going back today for them to have a look at it. all the best John

Re: no spark saga!
Hi all Thanks for all your help and suggestions folks! It ended up being the rivets on the inside of the lightened AF flywheel were rubbing the top of the ignition coil and were so shorting it out after a short time, so after trying 3 stator plates and 2 lightened AF frisbies it's sorted! :o It's go...

Re: no spark saga!
Hi no the other one wasn't a bgm but looking at the two of them placed together the pick ups look to be in the same place? I wonder if I should change the pick up though? even though the continuity test say's it's ok? all the best John
