Speaking from experience, heat is not a good idea, the bar heats and gets more stuck. WD40 didn't do much 4 me, try soaking in plus gas (ideally overnight)?or similar to remove any rust that has presumably caused it to seize. A few washers & tightening 1 end with other side slackened off & t...

i'd agree with doing full dry build. for hydraulic hose most i've seen tend to go thru headset bottom but i've put mine through the headset top - just figured cheaper to replace than bottom if i have a change of mind. dry biuild gives you choice where to put it. i've had horncast grill bolts that we...

wish i paid more attention German at school - i love these but cant figure out if our German friends sell these to any Tom (or Mike) or do you need to have a pal and increidble bi-lingual powers of pursuasion,

A fella near me (Manchester area who seems to be uised by a lot of other lads) charges £100 for blasting and powder coating everything. i'm more than happy that.

had many similar problems myself - the one that took me the longest to figure out was a blocked exhaust.

if plug is wet and spark looks good - maybe worth checking.

now that's a thought i had not had - i have changed the fuel pipe but it does only leak when riding it - he's not the biggest lad but will blame it on his lardy arse and re-do checks with weight on the scooter
