What's a fair price for this, never done a complete bike before and have a couple of blasters to choose from, just wondered what I'd expect to pay?

Also how much to powdercoat a frame?

Chemical strip and etch primer finish @ ribble coatings in preston is around £180 full scoot .
I've just had a full series 1 blasted locally and it cost £140... wish id of had the stripping done now.
