Trying to remove oil seal and can't budge the thing.

if you cant budge the 4 screws /bolts with a screwdriver or impact, get a long dot punch and tap the corner of the slot anti clockwise carefully or even a thin bar grind to fine point , this will loosen the screws then they will just come out .

Good bladed screwdriver. If it has a flat near the handle, even better. Grip this with adjustables or mole grips and keep strIking the handle end of the driver firmly whilst trying to turn screwdriver with grips.
Always managed to get them out with a decent impact driver myself . well once i had the impact driver set to the correct rotation
