Running a PX125, kitted with Pinasco 177 & Sip road 2. Has been dynoed and set up by Dan around 9 months ago. Its running fine except for the fact that when going up through the gears its 4-stroking. Its not excessive but it doesnt feel to accelerate as cleanly as it could, its the same thing you get when setting off from cold but it doesnt clear when its warmed up. Its had several tanks of fuel from different garages. I havent changed anything since the dyno so im stumped to understand why this has started happening

The needles and atomisers wear bigger as you use them. It could be that if the jetting was a little rich it wont take much needle wear to go slightly over. New atomiser and needle the same numbers as before or same needle and atomiser 1 size smaller should do it.
