220 bored out to 225 is not correct, more likely 200 to 225, ask for receipts for Mb work

Have you got a mate who knows his way around a scooter? if you have, take him with you to give it a good inspection. The seller may be a 100% genuine guy, but there are some scammers about. as Andy said, that engine spec sounds wrong. Good luck whatever you decide to do.

I'd be very sceptical if someone told me it was a TS1 bored out to 225.
TS1 200cc mustn't have been around for at least 8 years or more, so even if it is a 200 bored to 225 and replated [ or lined] it's still an old kit.

There'll be a number engraved on the bottom of it. Armed with that, you can ask the tuner what it is. They'll have it written down.
