Sorry it's the actual off the shelf polini kit to suit the 60mm crank plug and play as it were !

I think the Polini 207 with 60mm crank is just about the perfect touring set up. If you put the 1.5 mm packer on the base gasket and adjust with a few extra thin gaskets to get the piston sitting 0.5mm from the top of the barrel, then the porting is a bit longer on the transfers and it will rev a little more. Or you can set it up with the piston about 0.5mm out the top of the barrel with a deep head, if you are planning to upgear the primary.

i'll tell ye exactly how the 220 polini performs...my spec is - alloy polini 210 barrel, casings matched, pinasco re-profiled 10-1 head, 1.4 squish? i think, 1.5 packer, pinasco 60mm crank+inlet duration worked, 24/24 carb+carb inlet worked, main 128, Be3, 140 air corrector, 48/100 idle, standard 4th gear, jL r/hander, dyno'ed at 19bhp/17torque...i personally asked sean/dan for a tourer and thats exactly what this engine does! it's a low revving thumper and pulls and pulls, i personally cruise 60gps uphill/downhill and in headwind @ 1/3 - 1/2 throttle 120-140mle to the tank, i have gps'd scoot at 70 then backed it off, not really wot i'm about now! the polini will never be a malossi. malossi's a very quick of the mark but fade and thirsty, this polini tune is subtle of the mark and a thumping pulling machine with economy, a very happy owld man me!!!! :D

Thanks lads , sounds a goer, Polini after they brought out the alloy 210 kit , made one with a head i'm led to believe specifically for the 60mm crank. No packers needed etc.
Must be pretty thin on the ground as looks like everyone out of stock.
