I've just converted my downpipe to use a JL exhaust stub.
I'm going to be using the extended exhaust nuts and locking wire.
Can anyone post a drawing or a photo showing the best way to tie the locking wire on.

Many thanks
Chris

Hi Rich

Do you leave the ends open or twist together?

i use a bit of old gear cable with a trunion to secure it, reason is the wire snaps, or at least it did on mine

Just so I'm clear you twist the two loose ends together?

I did a story on this a few years back...

Not scooter related, per se, but it more or less covers it. After all, nuts are nuts right? Hope that helps!
