Glad to see the air filter kept the critter out, it could have blocked your exhaust...
I actually didn't ride the scooter until i found the correct measuring cup for it, its standard 200 cylinder, so I use a 3% mixture. When looking at the head and plug it didn't look lean enough to cause it to go bang. When i purchased this fine machine the gent told me that it had been rebuilt less than 20 miles before i bought it which leads me to believe that the person who rebuilt it didn't set the timing correctly, also leading to this assumption of poor rebuild is the fact that the clutch and shifting cables are routed incorrectly and tensioned poorly. I will soon be acquiring a TS1 kit and Fat Mamba exhaust. Which then i will go through the whole engine to make sure its all set up correctly and re-time it :bigsm:
