anyone been using these vespa tubless rims on there scooter for any lenght of time wanting to know if anyones tried before i buy an what there like all round in general thanks Darren

Got them on my vespa only had them on for about 4 months so can not say how good yet.Tyres was easyer to fit than other tubeless and they r a good looking wheel imo.If you do get some put the gunk in and the good stuff not the £6 a bottle stuff.

had a look at these at Brid custom show they look the buisness and are on my wish list

smart looking scooter m8, those are the rims i was looking at , when you said use tyre gunk did you use it to inflate the tyre completely or an air /gunk mix thanks again

You need to take the valve out so tyre is flat then put the gunk in (there is enough in the bottle to do 3-4 wheels its about £25 ) then put valve back in and pump up to normal 18 front 28 back i think.
I think the wheels come with the valve in now did not when i got mine.So if the valves are the same as mine and your drum is the same as mine you might have to dremel a bit out of the drum cus the valve will be to tight.If yours is a disc (star hub)i think they fit ok.Hope all that helps :D

thanks for that, im putting them on my MK1 T5 with px disc setup so should be ok , now to find the cheapest place in uk to get them thanks again

buzzsolo was selling them at one of the shows £45 i think.
I want to put a disc on mine would not mind seeing a pic of yours at the handle bar end. :shock: :D

mine isnt built yet but will be keeping it the standard look at the handlebars cable operated using the master cylinder mounted on the front forks
