lol, i dont mind them. ive learned to apretiate all eras of scooters now. its one of the benafits of not being particularly cool....i dont have to maintain coolness so can go off on a tangent.

I wouldn't say no to a Xl2 - had a frame and toolbox for one a little while ago and I could see the lines had pretty good potential for something quite cool ( well I think so) plus the ugliness of them might help to keep the prices sensible, smallie stuff is very much in 'vogue' at the mo and you can be sure that the money men well go there to inflate the market in the same way they've done it with every other type of scootercezeta wrote:if you want to join me tony for a bit of ugly 80s ness then this may be up your street.![]()
The mack daddy on the left!
Nick... I think we may know a man who can help
Paul... only attractive part of that xl2 to me is its clutch cover

jaime would rather stab his own eyes out with a fork than let me ride a spanish post office scooter, the spanish club said they would refuse me entry if i came to euro lambretta on one :baddevil:
well im now on the road with a t5. first impresssions were that it weaves all over the place so the s1 s are being binned but i think most of it is the wheel base.
malossi 172 with uncut crank and standard pipe feels like a dt125 to ride. not fast and probable half the power of the ts1 but much more refined so it gets my vote.
styling has grown on me too, i love tr7s/tr8s and this t5 is as curvey as a wedge
i cant realy fault it tbh so no wonder so many people ride them.
just need a green millets flight jacket now and some patches
