not messed with, but i thought standard exhaust timing like that a bit extreme.

thanks for the port map,but i used a degree disc, umpteen times!! And still came to the same conclusion. It's got 1mm deck clearance,so doubtfull its a 60 stroke crank. just found it odd. sounds like a crosser, even with a standard indian flywheel.

those transfers are rather high, mines about 127...has it got a thick base gasket or packer?may be std but if someone has jacked the barrel up your timings are going to be more like what you have, could poss be your casing too

Using the port Map above I get . . . . . .

Deck Height -1 (58mm stroke 107mm conrod)
Ex 180.02
Tr 127.26

Deck Height 0 (58mm stroke 107mm conrod)
Ex 176.05
Tr 122.57

Deck Height +1 (58mm stroke 107mm conrod)
Ex 172.03
Tr 117.26

Or 60mm stroke . . . . .

Deck Height -1 (60mm stroke 107mm conrod)
Ex 184.90
Tr 135.62

Deck Height 0 (60mm stroke 107mm conrod)
Ex 181.11
Tr 130.91

Deck Height +1 (60mm stroke 107mm conrod)
Ex 177.28
Tr 126.06
Stay tuned..............
