My Mk1 muggy 28/30 pwk, sito ancilotti, has an Li 150 box and 16/46 and I'd say 2 up it sometimes struggles especially into headwinds. I'm 12 stone and the mrs is 8 stone, any more weight and I'd definately be looking to go to a 15 front sprocket

If you download the PDF copy of Scooter Center Colognes' catalogue there is a handy gear calculator/what length chain goes with what sprocket set-up included.

people seem to forget the std li150 box 15x46 is the same final drive as the std gp200,ive built a ported 186 with a 28 delly and clubman for a friend, this bike shames a lot of higher spec lamys and is a joy to ride with this std box,you wont go far wrong leaving it with a 15x46 set up

my ts1/pm28/35tmx and my rapido 250/ancolitti/ tmx35mm both run 16/46 on li150 boxes , ts1 has been gps'd @ 83mph (i bottled b4 bike did  ) where as my rapido pulls gps'd 65 at half throttle and will not pull more (2 up with 60kilo in trailer) so im now changing pipe for a mk1 pm.

my dac 250 is being built to pull 19/46 on a li150 box  :P
