RG 500 bearing, if you do later stroke out the motor to 60mm a recessed head Either stepped or doweled would be best IMO

But I think Mick would be best placed to advise, I like the fact he's kept the transfer timings low looking for more port area with aditional ports and widening the original transfers.

I'd say 2nd clip is 2nd from top. Try an AV266.

Do you run an air filter? 125 sounds small, and as Col says try 264

hi dan , its not running an air filter , with the amount of tuning i would have thought it would need a bigger main jet too , what sort of base setting would you start at and would a different pilot make any difference ? looks like i need to get it up to you to get it set up correct !!!

I saw this scoot in the flesh at the "summer session" and it looked amazing, 8-) loved all the subtle modifications ;)
Did it win anything ?
When i was young my Mom said "if you haven't got anything nice to say, say nothing at all " ..................... and people wonder why I'm quiet around them !

Aye, have always thought, amongst other things, that transfer timings around 125 deg help promote a torquey set-up. Probably helps with encouraging scavenging and maximising the blow down time.
