well simons dyno has the heaviest roller in the world.....so if you need a stretched chain then im your man. the good thing though is that it highlights EVERY imperfection. my initial thoughts were that my scooter did not accelerate very well but i realised it was just under so much load that it was just fighting the roller.
im impressed with simon and his scruffy set up......it gives results.
ive not got a graph as we gave up in the end realising a few mods were needed so it was set up on the rich side for safety so that i can carry on riding it.
but roughly its 23 bhp and 18 lb of torque. the odd thing is that both bhp and torque peak at 7k but continue to 8k.
ill get a final graph when we re do it.
on the road, ignoring the the odd bit of four stroking.......it rides very well, i think the balance is right. for my dumper truck taste i would be happy with less power and more grunt as im lazy but as marks tunes come with top and bottom packer plates i can change this if i want or make it more aggressive if need be to.
im pleased its not too under tuned though as it does fly quite well but without any "turbo lag" which is the bit that bugs me on a two stroke without a power valve.
i would not want any more power, i just dont have confidance in the hadleing plus my parka tail strings keep getting sucked into the fan......so im no racer but its a good mile muncher so bring on spain
