Yes, there the names I was told.... Along with Electrix world, but I dont know the full story behind the development...
I seem to think MBD had some problems developing a new electronic kit maybe this was the one we're on about here. I remember in Jet Set a few years ago it caused Mark to breakdown but atleast he didn't sell them then but went back to the drawing board.
I've tried the Variatronic, the Agusto but the next engine I build I'll be going back to a standard SIL one.

This is why Mark is working on two new systems AC/DC and with fixed curve and fully adjustable curves as well.

To me it looks like a three phase system, with electronic ignition using a veriable reluctance pick up triggering a thyrister assisted electronic ignition, simmilar to what jap bikes use

I had one, but after my RB went bang and i stripped my engine, i noticed the coating on the coils looked discoloured / burnt as it was only a few months i took it back and he swapped it for the 3 phase one (top bloke)
When i was young my Mom said "if you haven't got anything nice to say, say nothing at all " ..................... and people wonder why I'm quiet around them !
