Just had a set back from Shocky. The quality of his welding is top notch, plating is great. So much better doing this than useing those bloody bolt on plates
Thanks Shocky

Ive had some from shocky as well
and i can highly recommend

When i was young my Mom said "if you haven't got anything nice to say, say nothing at all " ..................... and people wonder why I'm quiet around them !
He's also been known to convert the odd shock or two .....
well recommended. Pm sent mate.
i wouldnt say it was but frank sanderson had some welded and dropped one the lug just cracked off also when the links have been fitted the end were the hub goes has snapped offStampede wrote:why is the welding impossible for indian ones?byron wrote:as long as your links are Italian or Spanish
Shocky is the man for the welding
if you have a set and want them welded i can do it no problem i suspect they would be ok on a standard machine
if i did some and they broke i would loose some of the faith others put in my work i always try and resolve any problems of anything i supply im not a dealer just do a few things in my spare time and if there is a prob i usually take a hit

The quality of the metal is not as good which makes the links wharp when welded.Stampede wrote:

I've had 3 sets of damper mounts welded to Italian links with no problems. The one set of Indian ones I had welded looked OK, however, they wharped and sent the fork links out of plane. Definitely avoid welding Indian links
