sil 200 barrel options

i have a sil 200 barrel, af 58mm crank (none twisty type) 25mm delly and clubman

it needs a piston.

sx200 casings and gearbox

what piston should i use, also if i widen the exhaust, how far should i go?

anything else worth doing while the dremel is out?

Mahle 2 thin ring cheap as chips but lasts fine, why spend 3 times as much on fancy forged type when this will do the job perfectly well , don't believe , don't believe, don't believe the hype ooooh yeahhh!!!
And get Mr Brady to port and match everything and it'll be sweet 8-) ;)

I am..where do you get the mahle from bazman.I would imagine mine has the standard indian 3 ring..

Got mine from Andy Francis , let me know if ya want one and i'll see if he's any in stock , will be there on monday as i've an old norrie kerr tuned lardy lump to rebuild for him. :)

Open and lower the transfers, clean the transfers and chamfer the ports
