I had this problem once when out on a Sunday afternoon ride. On a right hand turn it cut out. Found the choke plunger spring had broken so it allowed fuel to come out of the choke jet. This filled up the breather pipe so when I turned right the fuel ran down into the Jetex and flooded it.
I've checked the stator right ohms etc and checked the choke see no joy
