What is an MB bearing ?

If you are referring to the one MB scooters supply the one shown on their site is shown as NSK brand stamped Poland!

A 6004 NSK bearings from a local supplier is less than £4.00, FAG and Nachi are round a fiver and a Challenge for £1.25

And that's buying singles

Bearing minefield??? Evident that the so called quality ones can fail.

Bearings could be the oil or to shim , not to shim big ends discussion....

Any make of bearing can and will fail, some just last a lot longer than others, and some fail due to how they were fitted because they are beaten in hitting the inner race.

Makes you wonder how many fail because of bad fitting practice.

MB branded products fail as often as any other quality supplier and have a history of doing so. This is NOT a dig at Mark. He doesn't make every part he supplies.

Race Tour pistons
Alpha Cranks
MB Layshafts

To name but three very important products that have had issues. A lot of other suppliers stuff fails also and more frequently.

In my experience BGM electrical products are to be avoided.
