i have just had the best day at chiselspeed i took my newbuild cassa ss200 on my 64 silver special to get dynod and set my 30mm dellorto up it also has li150 gearbox set at 4.9 franspeed supertourer bgm stater and static 17 timming and after the first run it showed the tourer was no good only coming in at 6000rpm so unrideable under this although ran on to 85000rpm and as i want this more as a tourer we decided to change to a new ads tourer and an ads race to see the differance first the ads race this ran better from 4000rpm up to 8000 then dropped off pushing out 22.5 hp and 15.3 torqe then the ads 3 it put out a lovely power curve from 3ooorpm to75000rpm putting out 19.55 hp and 15.55 torqe but mutch more rideable and this is what i went for what a lovely rideable scoot i just want to add what a great team martin has and nothing was any bother they messed about for 3.5 hours to make sure my scoot ran as good as it could and retested every time on dyno all done at a very reasonable price but the customer service and proffesional way they work is great so if you want any work done give them a call i no i will be going back

The Super Tourer does not do what it says on the tin. As you say hopeless below 6K. I tried one on My TS1 255 with 4.4 and 4.6 gearing and it was never in the power with "touring gearing". Even with 4.8 it was unpleasant and that's with 22.5 ft/lb of torque. Its also the thirstiest pipe I've had. With my latest pipe I have had to down jet two atomisers. Much more frugal. However, that has end can issues which are being resolved.garry inglis wrote:i have just had the best day at chiselspeed i took my newbuild cassa ss200 on my 64 silver special to get dynod and set my 30mm dellorto up it also has li150 gearbox set at 4.9 franspeed supertourer bgm stater and static 17 timming and after the first run it showed the tourer was no good only coming in at 6000rpm so unrideable under this although ran on to 85000rpm and as i want this more as a tourer we decided to change to a new ads tourer and an ads race to see the differance first the ads race this ran better from 4000rpm up to 8000 then dropped off pushing out 22.5 hp and 15.3 torqe then the ads 3 it put out a lovely power curve from 3ooorpm to75000rpm putting out 19.55 hp and 15.55 torqe but mutch more rideable and this is what i went for what a lovely rideable scoot i just want to add what a great team martin has and nothing was any bother they messed about for 3.5 hours to make sure my scoot ran as good as it could and retested every time on dyno all done at a very reasonable price but the customer service and proffesional way they work is great so if you want any work done give them a call i no i will be going back
