Hi, well here goes i built my engine from bare case, spec is 175 iron cylinder scootopia 22 carb and clubman, sil electronic ignition . Ran great for 25 miles went home next day would not start ,good spark and petrol, hand over carb kick over and no suck . Rebuilt new seals started second kick ran great for another 20 mile run guess what will not run, no draw with hand over carb again ffs . Could seals have failed again so soon ?Out of ideas please help .

mate of mines seals kept going,, turns out his mag housing has been machined wrong and the hole aint in the middle, thus the bearing is off-set a bit ,,, does yours vibrate? his was undriveable,,

Those seals would have had to have been shredded to cause it not to at least attempt to start. Had you tried bumping it? Also, did you check the rings whilst you had the barrel off? Otherwise, have you checked for spark/fuel flow etc?

LT coil on stator plate.
My guess; You're putting the seals in the wrong way round.
