Reference the deep well on corrados brake if the wheel follows the norm for auto type rims the 10 inch skipperrim has a well alot deeper than a lambretta one even the AF, SIP type you can put a tyre on one almost by hand , were I get mine fitted he uses a plastic spatular type tyre lever with soap just slips on no problem

I've got a Zip wheel on the front of my Jet and managed to get the tyre on (Sava Monsun) without any great drama just resting it on the waste bin and using a pair of tire irons with insulating tape to protect the paint. Used washing up liquid as a lubricant. A tyre with a heavier construction would be harder though.

Inflating was another matter though You need a proper compressor as the electric type doesn't put enough air out to push the lip of the tyre out onto the rim to forma seal. I ended up taking it to the local tyre fitters who used an air powered 'blaster' device and charged me a fiver

No issue with valve position but the only valve I had was a Bridgeport one from Demon Tweeks and wasn't 100% it was a perfect fit, maybe the pull in ones are what's required but my tyre fitter doesn't have 90 degree ones.

Yes Steve, I reckon this rim would be the same, it has, as you said, a much deeper well than the SIP ones [SIP ones being deeper than AF] so fitting tyres would no doubt be easy.
