I got a bit carried away / distracted, the question is can this still be used? The damage is only where the flywheel bearing inner collar sits, the part the oilseal sits is undamaged. What do you think? Anyone done this and still used without problems?
struth matey !!,you were for sure a bit heavy handed there lol...but no reason why it wouldnt still work as the seal surfaces are still intact and good .
Yes I know Sean, teach me to talk and work at the same time It should be tight on the undamaged parts and maybe a bit of locktight to make sure.
What's the consequence of it coming loose or spinning?
