After a bit of a clean up -

And a bit of tweaking around the ports to match the malossi 166 kit that came in the box.

Gearbox and crank in

Casings together, but we had my bit of a game getting a selector that worked.


This is not a job I enjoy but certainly easier on a 3 plate vespa clutch than a 6 plate lambretta one.

Top end on and clutch fitted and checked.

Rear hub on

Polini fibre reeds, block and carb in

And it's ready to go in the frame.
