Thanks folks. try not to burp doing my tuning!
Big deal to symetrize both mains. Left transfert has a more tapered roof and is narrower than its brother. A pain to do it nice and straight without vinamold... I'm trying to dig hooks front and rear but one of the studs's passing so close I'm afraid to go thru the metal...
I can't wait to get the new piston and have a complete view of the peg spot to dig 2 or 3 boost ports. Depends of the room left by the 2 ring pegs...

port timing with a 60mm stroke crank, lth reed block, 30mm Dello:
E:175-180°
T:125°
BD: 25-27,5°
As a matter of fact a good timing setup for a "tourisme rapide" lammy: a two face baby with lots of torque from bottom end till 5000 and a blast of civilized power from 6 to 7500 rpm. red line after 8500.
I'll get a pipe design S-box still in developpment by now. Marco Renztmann, the boss, knows my tuning extravaganza and probably will launch one of his new babies for me.

They look right enough to me

I received my new mb head, piston and lth reed manifold.

head is a nice piece of work:

Forged piston with wiseco rings: nice piece too:

lth manifold: good but loosy:

casting and fitting: fine, you almost don't need to cut fins. But rubber manifold is a crappy loosy (just 2 bolts) item which doesn't match the reed block. Sealing it will be a pain. I've read lots of comments telling about air leaks issues... I'll think about it. Maybe doing an in-between-plate to inlarge both sealing surface.

The 2 boost ports will settle somewhere between those 2 black lines (figuring peg runs) and center by the black mark.
