I've had a Saigon Scooter Center one for seven or eight years. Fantastic bit of kit. If I was buying another one, I'd probably go with one of the double Mito ones, for the few extra bucks they cost.

You don't necessarily need to drill your headset for the hydraulic hose. If you thin down your throttle control rod and drill the hydraulic master cylinder mounting that comes with the disc brake you can thread a longer than standard hydraulic hose through the headset in the same route a cable would go. I can only remember using the front brake once on a scooter, on my way to my test in about 84. Thought I'd practice my emergency stop, locked up the front wheel and went a pisser. Have avoided using the right hand lever ever since

the rear brake is for the mot only,an ornament!
the last mot i did the adjuster had fallen off the rear brake!
you must ride as fast as my mrs pushes the shopping trolley round the super market!lol
