MB has told me to be safe on my RT195 to set it at 1 or 2 I have not had chance to go for a run and test it yet. I'll let you know this week if the sun shines.

Ok then fellas I have had a little go around the back streets while the roads where dry.
The only things I noticed. Are its a little quieter and just at the back end of the power it feels like a rev limiter kicking in and the power just stops.

Not sure if this is what's supposed to happen.
So its looking like another dyno session to find out what's going on with it.

Does this sound normal to you guys. Who know about these things.

If you're running curve 2 that means you have 15 degrees at 6000 rpm (going on your figure of 23 degrees static), fairly conservative but safe.
Try running on curve 1, that should give you another 1000rpm before you reach 15 degrees, and see if it improves.
Did you check with a strobe to see what it's actually doing (timing wise)

I am running one on my P200, specs are:
Polini kit ported by HRS Al
Full circle crank
Phbh 30 with Malossi Reed
Vespa Supershop exhaust
I set the timing to 26* static timing and set the kytronic to setting 8.

It really helped out the bottom end and mid range as well as cleaning up the throttle response in the first 1/4 throttle. I am interested in seeing if it runs cooler at high revs, but my temp guage needs a new sending wire so it is not working accurately right now.
I am very happy with the performance so far, and I will be buying one for my smallframe street racer.

Minority it was set at 7 when we set it up with the strobe.
When I got home I contacted MB who suggested settings 1/2 to be safe.

So I set it 1 do you think these settings are a little cautious.

In fact, you could choose your setting before setting off, depending on what kind of riding you will do. Choose a safer position for riding with your mates on slower scooters or in congested city riding, then something else for hooligan riding.
