This is mine, mate. Your carb and pipe are similar to mine, although your gearing isn't. This should be something to start you off anyway:
Engine: v2 Mugello 186, matched inlet and exhaust, 125 Special gearbox, 47/18 sprockets
Carb: bgm Keihin copy PWK 28 with CamLam long RamAir filter through the panel.
Pilot: 42
Needle; GJH- 2nd clip from top.
Main; 128.
Float set at 22mm.
Timing: 18deg. Electronic.
Exhaust: PM 25 expansion.
Having run all sorts of different configurations over the past couple of years, this is the best I've had. Carb came with a bgm needle marked "28" which proved a bit rich. I tried a JJK thinking this would be leaner over half throttle only to find the opposite. Fitted a GJH and it transformed the midrange but needed the main lifting from 115 to 128.

Actually, the 4th gear ratio of 5.2 is, if you are running standard 46/15 sprockets. If so, I would suggest this is a good ratio for your set upstorkfoot wrote:..............., although your gearing isn't.....

This is the setup of mine
Engine: Mugello 186 Mk1 (Reaper head), cases matched to the transfers and manifolds matched to the ports.
Carb: OKO PWK 28/36 with foam remote filter on GP bellows
Set up: 34 pilot
Needle: GJH top clip
138 main, arrived at after burning holes in first 2 pistons with smaller jets.
Timing: 18deg.BTDC but will try 17deg when I get round to it (Standard Indian electronic setup.
Exhaust: Sito Ancilotti.
Now runs clean through all the gears with some slight 4 stroking when the throttle is backed off.
PS, this along with others has been on the Carburetta Setup thread for a year or 2, it's worth exploring
