Well it didn't go well official the slowest scooter on the dyno at replay  7bhp something deff not rite . It's a 125 with 175 barrel and head ported with 28mm dellorto and sterling exhaust found out today by previous owner 150 gearing setup . Chalkie and the other chap at replay are top guys so friendly and made u welcome first they rejetted carb then bought us a coffee put it on dyno and said omg it's slow something deff wrong so ended up leaving it there for them to strip it and find out wot wrong . Not sure if its gearing , timing maybe barrell and head .

7bhp, LOL well at least once you get it back they can claim to have doubled the BHP of it :)
heavy is good, heavy is reliable, and if it does fail, hit them with it!!!

175 kit with a 28 mil carb and a sterling exhaust? I'd say 7hp was probably not far off the mark.

Which kit are you thinking of for 20hp?
