brand new inner and outer joe, not over adjusted as it kicks off, was thinking the autolube has been stripped the cog on the crank needs leaving on so it engages doesnt it?

bought the engine then had kit done should of cheked clutch while on bench amateur lol

I am not 100% sure on which way the beveled edge faces, best to double check. If you have disengaged the oil pump it won't matter which spacer you use, the one with the teeth or the one without. Watch the woodruff key doesn't fall out when you fit the spacer. I have found that if you use cable ties wraped around clutch arm to tighten cable is the easiest way to get the cable tight. If you know what I mean.

i just dont understand all this gizmo b@11@x if you buy the right kit (172) build it properly with a good pipe run it on standerd carb and are not happy with its performance may i suggest you buy a fkin motorbike
