ok got mine finally fitted today, easy to set up ....apart from magnetic pickup. got that fixed and went to Adj 3, set wheel circumference 1287, but the gear ratio??? the setting is 00P , so is there anyone who has got a magnetic pick up can tell me what they have programmed in for gear ratio for lammy gp, i can only adjust the 2 numbers from 00 to 29, looked high n low and cant find anything,
any help appreciated,
Paul

Think that means "pulses" per revolution of your wheel, e.g. if you were picking up the 4 wheel studs, you set it to 04, if it's only off 1 magnet, set it to 01. Give it a go and let us know how you get on.

Has anyone tried taking a feed from one of the yellow connections to the Wassell/podtronic & connecting that to the original rectifier for the feed to the speedo?

I seem to remember reading that the Rev counter on these speedos dont work with the wassel conversion ( or did i imagine that ?) dont really want to read all 13 pages  so is any using one with a wassel conversion ?

Ive got a Koso speedo (not the lambretta one) and i cant get the rev counter to give a stable reading, so before i send it back as faulty, would the wassel conversion affect it ? i cant see how it would :? The rev counter works from a wire wrapped around the HT lead.
When i was young my Mom said "if you haven't got anything nice to say, say nothing at all " ..................... and people wonder why I'm quiet around them !

I've now got a couple:
1. GP with full DC Wassell conversion, the rev counter won't work with a battery in the circuit :( but everything else works fine if you use a resistor plug as they advise. I also run a Koso "GP" rev counter on this bike with 10 turns around the HT lead, works fine :)
2. Li with usual 12V AC, everything works fine as it says on their advert.

I really want another for my SX but they seem a bit slow in bringing one out to fit. I know the Spanish Winter Model headset is similar, but I think it's bigger so may well fit. The problem is the location of the speedo drive thread relative to the hole in the top of the forks where the cable attaches.
