KACE was the clutch i put in mine gaz, was alright. i stripped it and gave it the once over, and replaced the the springs with X strong DR springs, as i always do on me own clutches for when i"m 2"s up. i was actually impressed by the cork plates, looked good and thick, and all the oil ways were cleaned out. the castle nut i got for it was made of chocolate though! stripped it while tightening it up. used a piaggio one i had instead.

It's a polini barrel, piston and modified head with beedspeed written on it
Are these any good ? I need it to be reliable, not bothered about going fast :D

I'd be inclined to flog the top end and fit a standard one for your requirements ,if you're after a trouble free work horse of a p2.

Might stick with the polini as it was working fine before the clutch problems
I've stripped it down and split the case but found quite a few brass shards and flakes around. There's some in the clutch side oil seal and bearing, a huge bit was stuck in the kickstart spring.
Could it be off this ?
