I think thats the beauty of the kit IMHO. Out the box its got alot of exhaust timing and realy comes into its own when paired with a revvy kit. Decent internals can handle the revs no problem, its just they need sympathetically gearing. I had 5.6 final for a time with my JL4, which would race to 70 mph quick as, a proper seaside screamer. I think there are lot of other cheaper options for a sensible touring kit before you go down the route of effectively de-tuning an Imola.
