... a properly done rebore, with correct clearance , will restore most of your power, and i"d ditch the exhaust, even a standard one will give more oomph. make sure your clutch is in good shape as well, doesnt matter how many BHP your engine makes, if the clutch cant cope its all in vain. also check for other stuff, like brakes binding on, correct tyre pressures etc... i loose count of people who come to me saying their scooters handle badly and are 10mph down on speed... and they have 10 psi in the back tyre....

theres lots of stuff to make the best of a standard P200, my money would go on stuff you cant see, bearings , clutch , re-bore etc... before any shiny pipe. oh, and loose another 3 stone.
