hmm mine came with the exact same hose from uk based shop,i returned the hose explaining the angle was wrong and to be fair to them they replaced it with the correct type of 90 and 30degree fittings.i cant see the type you have any use at allscooter perv wrote:Its about 15-20 degrees which looks about right

arent you weakening the handlebar casting by taking meat from the area where the throttle bar goes rather than the area that sits around the light unit?
On the bleeding question, are you closing the bleed screw before letting the lever return back? If you aren't it will just suck a lot of the air back in again.
Open bleed nipple just a fraction of a turn, pull lever in and hold, close nipple and let lever return. Repeat until you have a good brake. This should work.....if it doesn't you probably have a small air leak. Check for leaking joints.
I have known the master cylinder seals to be knackered from new because if the lever is worked without the brake fluid in it, it has no lube and the seals bugger up very quickly like this! Quite rare i believe, but it can happen!
