Whats the difference bitween disc and drum bitubos ? Anyone ?
I have a drum set up at the moment and i am going to change to a floating disc !

I had a drum type bitubo and changed to a old type grimeca set up (criss cross front hub)- onlt thing i had to do was to machine down the head of the two M8 bolts that hold the caliper to the back plate - later changed to a standard vespa disc set with star shaped hub and no additional problems at all

my shock is the one with the remote reservoir

hope this helps

Instead of machining down the bolts, I prefer to chamfer the holes in the caliper holder and fit chamfered flush fitting bolts...
Life shouldn't be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty, well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, loudly proclaiming: "WOW, WHAT A RIDE"
