chain lengths

have fitted 46x19 sprockets with a new IWIS 82 chain and all was fine, have done about 300 miles on new set up and had the chain case removed for chroming and the chain is as loose as hell. Any recommendations on what to do? i have a standard ts1 top end with a JL3 pipe so will consider changing sprockets but need to keep correct ratio

46x19 with a 82 link chain on mine....fitted one of these...works a treat and no problems after checking during the winter service. put it on last year.
