Hi.
What do you think about Diamond pistons for TV175 engine?
They have 1,5mm x 2 rings.
I have a TV cylinder in 63mm and need a rebore, but I dont want go for Suzuki 64 piston still.
Thanks!

Suzuki TS185 Piston Kit 64mm
Oversizes available in .5mm graduates. 64.5mm/65mm/65.5mm/66mm

The diamond piston will break up and destroy your barrel really poor, the gudgeon pin /wrist pin looked like a piece of all thread, threaded stud

tv175 can go 66mm plus from stickies book, so a few rebores

125cc outside dimension between 3rd and 4th fin 64mm
150cc between 3rd and 4th fin 69.5mm
real tv 175cc between 3rd and 4th fin 80mm

I have recently seen newer diamond brand pistons, with 1.5mm rings looked a lot better than the ones I had seen before, like the ones in indian ally kits

I have used them in the past with good results. They are ok if you are not intending to tune the barrel to the tits
