Heres how i fit them
first drill into the peg

then drill a 2/3mm hole at 90 deg to join up with the other hole

tap to M6
Image
now heres the parts 2x front hub location washer 1x 12mm shim ( the one that goes over the clutch arm o-ring ) 1x M6 repair washer 1x grease nipple

hub washer first
Image
pedal then the other hub washer
Image
shim washer, you may need 2 to take up the play

and last the repair washer and grease nipple
Image
And heres how to sort out a worn peg
first cut it off

drill and tap to M8
Image
then use a back brake pivot bolt

the replace the peg

Flippin' brilliant. Some time ago I wondered how that could be done without welding a replacement on.
Got any similar ideas for replacing the battery tray without welding :?: :?: :?:

excellent tip there Jason..................and good pics.......
have done that myself many times..............and works very well..........saves welding a new pin in etc............. :D
