Ron Moss - Avanti TT3 - Cylinder Kit - Review & Test.....
No need to cut battery tray off as the carb is on the standard side. With regards heat dissipation after riding 20 odd miles on mine i got off and put my finger on the barrell and although hot did not burn at all.Try that on a ts1 or iron barrell and it'll look like a barbequed bratwurst

Looks amazing, got the mouse hovering over the buy it now button

your longer rod helps leaving 181 135 23bd
a motor can be built with any of the set ups but the ideal set ups cant always be achieved that are gonna give you the best what the kit can offer which is quite often the case when stroking a motor

so what sort of blow down is good then, is there a % you should be looking at.sorry not much good at this tunning stuff
for this type of motor and intended use i would estimate 27 bd,the improved ex port area will assist well on this set up

I also checked out the stage 4 200 for wear etc...no noticeable wear ring wise ,but the cyl head was and had been blowing badly for quite a while due to a stripped nut .
