admittedly quite impressive, about 5mm left to bodywork impact. my lammy in road bodywork will still lean 15 degrees more than a p200e and have its gravity lower to the tarmac when gravity starts ti equalise with lateral force. The track is of course smooth tarmac and evens the odds, a british roundabout is like a beirut bombsite. im looking forward to seeing the super monza figures as there are some seriously powerful new vespa kits out and 2012 could be a bit of an arms race.Speed Demon wrote:What - like this?alcoholic maniacs sc wrote:the only way to get a large frame vespa down to knee slider level is to fall off and slide down the road with it!!!![]()

The rules that everyone races to are established and published. Any member can propose changes at the BSSO AGM . Simple as. So no need for a reality check ! Any commercially openly available item can be proposed and voted on. Simplesshocky wrote:well when i raced albe it 20 odd yrs age we al used to use p2 cylinder studs in my team and that was in gp 4 it seems odd that alloy barrels can be used but different lenght studs not maybe some one there needs to get a reality check and allow others to use there train set !

The bike Ryan rode at the Shootout was Ralph's full Gp 6 race bike . That can't really be compared to a production kit you can buy over the counter???alcoholic maniacs sc wrote:i was just saying that if you make a statement like that you need to be the fastest under all circumstances. Rs won the shootout with fastest speed and the torque curve on some of their engines is mindblowing on a dyno, i'd just like people to be realistic.or proven in advance. my Rs tuned iron barrel had more power than a TS1, its an open field tuning with no fastest just fastest on the day. when the s**t comes down its no good saying ""i thought it was a flying start, i forgot my spare gearing, i couldnt get a jet size, i weigh more than him"", its fastest on the day and if youre going to say how good you are then you better not f@@k up, cus a donkey hee-haws the loudest next to a track. :fb:turbovan wrote:Is ralph saxelby doing a lambretta shoot out next year ?
