PK forks in an SS90

What sort of job is it to fit them so I can fit an hydraulic brake?

Straight in.
Front mudguard takes some 'fetteling' and fork stem modifying if you want to use a steering lock.

Thanks for that,I presume the mudguard hole will need squareing to fit the stem and the leg bracket altering which shouldn't be a problem.

...you need the pk -xl forks with the larger spindle and swinging arm...they go straight in same bearings and length...you'll need to modify the steering lock cut out...and as stated mudguards gunna need a bit of fettlin'...
have a look at proboards small frame forum...don't know how to show a link :mrgreen: there's loads of knowledge on there....

pk125 forks are what you want if you are fitting a disc, stay clear of xl2 forks as these are threaded all the way up like a t5 so you will need to fettle them of weld on a different stem
