most simply remove a section from the middle of a px one and weld together or as andy says an ld one ,check pics of cobbys scoot in show your cutdowns thread

As promised a pic of toolbox on cutdown..do believe this is off an Ld but not certain, maybe one of the Ld gurus could confirm..:

If it is you might get a remade one or be lucky and get a second hand one cheaper than having one fabbed up..

cheers Jason, i forgot about Gary Simpson and one of my mates is a good friend of his.
To be honnest this is the last bit of advice im giving him as im fed up of telling him to do anything and then he goes and does something that another person tells him ,,, normally someone who he hardly even knows
i told him tonight to put a PM exhaust on that he has instead of the nasty one from Nam that the scooter came with, he just seid someone told him to leave it as it was , ha ha
his last scooter would never pull 4th gear, i told him to fit a LI 150 gearbox,,, did he do it ,,, no ,, he just seid someone told him to fit a smaller front sprocket ,, i also told him to fit an Augusto 6000, telling him its part of the ignition ,, he seid his key didnt work properly ,, ha ha but he still didnt fit one
anyway thanx again for all your help and ill pass all the info over to him one last time ,,,,,,,,
