More clutch woes!

Its gotta be something to do with the chaincase then...its not depressing the clutch at all by the sounds of it.?

Thanks for that Bilko very good of you to help. Ok whats this about the brass plunger? I'm i right in thinking theres 2 differnt ways to fit it, yes? If so whats the correct way? I have a half day tomorrow and i'm going to have another bash at it. As daft as it might sound 10", check the ground on which you fitted the side case to see if it has fallen out and rolled anywhere...its made of brass, once did that with and engine mount cone and couldnt figure out why the engine moved so much..lol, told you it might sound daft

SORTED
! I took the cassette apart and soaked the plates for 36 hours, re fitted and hey presto it's all ok. Really nice clutch no slipping or dragging the biting point is a wee bit high but i'll get use to that. Thanks for all your advice gentlemen.

so you did have to soak your clutch plates on your new AF clutch...mmmmmm never heard of that happening before..
