Timbo; if you want to pep it up a bit and don't want to upgrade your set up you've got to work with what you've got, simple as that. Get the top end off. Look at the ports maybe and sort the rings, overhaul the carb and look at your exhaust. But stop faffing man!

TS1 and PX stay in the garage (future barn finds) out on the GTS 300 when I go out on a scooter.
I know I’ll get there and back

thats timbo, he does look after himself in his later years
with the tm(bo)24 you can keep the air box and its the same size as the standard drip feed you have now. rapido 225 http://www.ekmpowershop2.com/ekmps/shop ... -806-p.asp looks standard too and so does the ron moss clubman.Timbo wrote:Saw that but want to keep the scoot standardish looking...............
or use the clubman you already have.
tried and tested formular, train driver has buzzed up and down the country and europe on one and same with scooter loopy john......neither are as slender as the girl in the photo above.
its whats going on one of my scooters.......ts1 is going in the bin, more trouble than its worth.

How so Joey? A big carb and a ram air type filter? It'll perform, but I thought that always came at a premium?joey wrote:...30mm dellorto evergreen filter.....brilliant! cheap/fast/reliable/economical...![]()
